Okay, what do you mean by being "stuck?"
Is it because of the currently map, or your ID is still logged in?
Because those errors can be corrected through the website.
If you quit the game and try to log back in because of like lag or anything, and you type in your information and get "ID still logged in" then just go on the website(http://darkgeestory.com) type in your login information, then wait until it loads(may have problems logging in with IE, use firefox) then click control panel, the character fixes, then you have options there. Click the one that will fix the certain problem that you have, then it should work.
But if you do it and got d/c out again or something, then just wait and try again later.
And if you try to play, and get like unable to connect, or like you get kicked out and they give you something about a firewall, then it's the server's fault. o_o
They're like going through server checks or something, just wait and try again later.
But if it doesn't work for a long time, then you are probably banned. o_o
