unable to log in

I can't log into my Account because when I enter my username and password the server kicks me off and says "reached the end of file 38" Please help!

Hah. Mynes worse. I downloaded the game an everything right, And NO i dont need to re download it. I tried. I get on the game where it starts putting it into the screen of the game, and then a error code :2353455656 or some crap pops up . WTH~?

Well, re-downloading helps. And if you dont want to do that, then, well try downloading from another source?
